By accessing or using CloudMeet ("the Service"), available at cal.reks.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

CloudMeet is a free, open-source meeting scheduling application. It allows you to set your availability, share a booking link, and let others schedule meetings with you. Meetings are synced with your Google Calendar and/or Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

3. Account and authentication

To use CloudMeet, you must sign in with a Google account or Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Calendar access and permissions

By connecting your calendar, you authorize CloudMeet to:

  • Read your calendar events to determine your availability.
  • Create new calendar events when meetings are booked with you.
  • Generate video meeting links (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams) if configured.

You may revoke calendar access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Booking and meetings

When someone books a meeting through your CloudMeet link, both parties receive relevant booking details. You are responsible for honoring booked meetings or canceling them in a timely manner. CloudMeet facilitates scheduling but is not a party to any meetings or agreements made between users.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudMeet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, lost business opportunities, or any other damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking calendar access through your Google or Microsoft account settings.
